Parque Botanico is located in Benahavis municipality, approx. 4 km's from the A7 coast road, between San Pedro and Estepona and is almost a fully self-contained resort, with many indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, including 2 outdoor community pools with pool bar, indoor pool, gymnasium, squash courts, spa, tennis courts, padel courts etc. The only thing the community currently lacks is any on-site shops, bars, cafes or restaurants. However, there are a number of commercial units designated for this purpose which will possibly be occupied in the future.
The community is approx. 4 mins drive from the A7, which is accessed via the Selwo junction, from which Estepona and San Pedro are approx. 10 mins drive in either direction.
Community fees are 320€ a month. IBI (Property Rates) are 782€ a year and the Basura (Rubbish collection) are 18€ a year. These bills increase slightly every year.
