Welcome to our holiday home La Floresta Sur, in Marbella East!

This very well decorated vacation home is surrounded by golf courses and restaurants such as El Soto Golf Club, Mijas Golf, El Soto restaurant and Kudo Bar among others. And just 6 km away is the beach of Elviria and areas of supermarkets and bars.

The house is a ground floor with a private garden consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with direct access to the glazed terrace and an open kitchen.

To the left of the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc. and adjacent to it there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The living room is equipped with a chaise-lounge sofa and TV. The dining room is equipped with a round dining table with 6 chairs.

The covered terrace with glass and the option to open up for the most part, has an outdoor table and a chill out area with two double outdoor sofas and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing at night. The terrace has access to the private garden with sea views and two hammocks where you can sunbathe in privacy.

From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy panoramic sea views.

The main bedroom is en-suite, equipped with a king size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a second closet. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The 2 bathroom consists of shower, sink and toilet.

We provide bed linen and bath towels for all rooms so you only have to bring your personal items.

The house is air conditioned, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning.

There is also WIFI available throughout the property.

In addition, a parking space is included in the rent.

In the urbanization there is a communal swimming pool with hammocks and parasols where you can sunbathe and take a pleasant dip.
